- Account & identity: name, phone number, email, and verification data you provide or we obtain through permitted verification flows (such as Aadhaar-linked checks where applicable).
- Profile & ride data: routes, bookings, messages sent through the platform, ratings, and support conversations.
- Device & technical data: app version, device type, and logs needed for security, fraud prevention, and reliability.
- Location: when you enable it, precise or approximate location to enable live sharing, routing, and safety features you turn on.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve rides, matching, and safety tools.
- To verify users, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.
- To send service messages, receipts, and (where you allow) product updates.
- To analyse aggregated trends so we can improve affordability and trust for the community.
